Cavan grew up surrounded by rich music history in Muscle Shoals, AL, the former hit recording capital of the world. He studied woodwind doubling and various genres of music over this more than 10 years as a saxophonist. Cavan is a recent graduate of Lamont Scool of Music at the University of Denver where he specialized in Classical Contemporary solo, chamber, amd wind ensamble music, Cavan earned a bachelors in music performance in Saxophone. In his free time Cavan enjoys playing video games, baking and cooking for his freinds, and hiking.He enjoys teaching music because, in his opinion, music is part of the fundemental of being human, and he loves getting to share the ability to make music with other people.
